Group lessons with a small number of people allow us to ensure quality and individual approach to each client. The difficulty and focus of the lessons varies, so we recommend that you read the description of the lessons and their difficulty in the booking system. In case of specific health problems, feel free to contact us and we will discuss the lesson - or feel free to ask the trainer for an alternative exercise directly at the lesson :)

Closed classes are aimed especially at new mothers who want to "get back together" after giving birth. We emphasize Diastasis (abdominal muscle spacing) and pelvic floor. The courses are led by an experienced physiotherapist.
For adults we offer several styles of classes - Healthy Back, Deep Body, HIIT, Circuit, Interval Training. Suitable for beginners and advanced. Exercises can be consulted with the trainer during the classes and adjusted if necessary.
Diastasis and pelvic floor. Postpartum care for moms to feel good again. Courses are led by a physiotherapist who is specific to postnatal mums with diastasis (abdominal muscle spacing) and pelvic floor problems. It is necessary to register for the courses in advance.
